After a four-year hiatus, one half of the brains behind Scotland’s bona fide indie label, Fence Records, are finally back and bustling at work again. Johnny Lynch, a.k.a. The Pictish Trail, cranks out a brand spankers jam titled ‘Of Course You Exist‘ as a teaser to his long-await sophomore joint, Secret Soundz Vol. 2.

The track is one big fuzz-vaganza, featuring Lynch’s muffled vocals, distorted drum machine, stabs of electric guitar and the synths so lo-fi that if it got any more so, this would just be four minutes of white noise. All of this may sound like a hot mess of a tune, but it kinda works, and the line “You exist just to piss me off” is an absolute kicker.
